Asbestos Disposal in St Leonards-on-Sea

Asbestos Disposal for St Leonards-on-Sea Customers

Full waste management services across St Leonards-on-Sea — commercial bin collections, skip hire, grab hire, clinical waste disposal, and more.

St Leonards sits between Hastings and Bexhill and is well within our core operating area. We serve businesses along the London Road corridor, the seafront, and the residential and commercial areas throughout the town. Our local knowledge means we understand the access challenges and parking restrictions that affect skip and grab lorry placements in St Leonards.

How our asbestos disposal works

Asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) are classified as hazardous waste and must be disposed of at a specially licensed deep landfill site. The handling, packaging, transportation, and disposal of asbestos waste is tightly regulated under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and the Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005.

Our asbestos disposal service is straightforward: we deliver a skip to your site, your team or contractor loads it with the asbestos-containing materials (correctly double-bagged and sealed as required by the regulations), and we collect it and transport it directly to a licensed deep landfill facility approved to receive asbestos waste.

We provide the Hazardous Waste Transfer Note for every asbestos consignment. This is the legal document that proves your waste was handled correctly and disposed of at a licensed site — it's your protection against Environment Agency enforcement and your evidence of due diligence.

This service is commonly used by building contractors, demolition companies, property developers, and homeowners who have had asbestos surveys carried out and need to remove identified ACMs. We work alongside licensed asbestos removal contractors and can coordinate collection timing to fit your project programme.
